Erin Sekulic
Erin's interest in teaching and helping children grow goes back farther than she can remember. She has been teaching children for fourteen years, and has taught preschool for the last nine years. Erin feels that the flow of education in the form of “play” speaks to her own style of learning, and has seen this echoed in the educational growth of children in the classroom.
Erin has focused on continuing her education through her entire teaching career, including studying Early Childhood Education at Western Oregon University. Currently Erin takes continuing education courses in Child Development offered by Multnomah County Childcare Resource and Referral, Mount Hood Community College and Portland Community College.
Erin loves healthy eating and staying active. Her hobbies
include snowboarding, biking, rock climbing,
yoga, pilates, knitting, camping and volunteering for
local groups.

Heidi Scott
Heidi resides in Washington State and has been teaching for about twelve years in both preschool and elementary school. Before formal teaching she cared for children of four families during a span of seven years. These families inspired her to become an Early Learning Teacher, which lead her to Washington State University to earn a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Development with a Focus in Early Childhood Education, and then a Master’s Degree In Teaching.
Young children have always been the purpose for a passion and drive to teach and learn. A journey full of varied teaching experiences has brought Heidi to this joyful, wonderful Reggio Inspired school.
When Heidi is not teaching she enjoys exercising, reading, baking and decorating cakes, science/history documentaries and playing with her cats. She also spends as much time as possible with her nephew and niece. They are adorable and bring an abundance of joy to her life.
